The Flat Head's Block Check Flannels are an overbuilt take on the classic buffalo or block check flannel, a staple of classic Americana, and particularly Canadian workwear. These flannels are constructed with Flat Head's original selvedge heavy flannel, which combines the classic block check with a herringbone weave, giving the fabric additional depth and texture that really elevates a classic pattern. Made in Japan on vintage shuttle looms, The Flat Head's heavyweight flannel fabric offers a substantial weight with a heavily brushed interior, making sure that it keeps you cozy and warm on chilly days, while still being very wearable indoors.

This flannel is cut in The Flat Head's western shirt, featuring a regular fit with a slightly tapered torso, two western flap chest pockets, pearl snap buttons and a curved hem with side gussets. Finished with double-needle chainstitch construction with rolled seams, for excellent durability.
